Monitoring – We have temporarily adjusted the following features to maintain site stability:
· Reminders and Upcoming items on the Homepage, in Courses and in Groups will not automatically load. These can be loaded by clicking on “Refresh”.
· The unread counter on the Notifications icon is not showing. However, clicking notifications will display new and unread notifications and requests.
· Course Material Navigation (The ‘NEXT/PREV’ button in the top right hand corner) is hidden. To navigate, click on individual course materials.
· Imports, Exports, Bulk Copying, and Document Conversion are temporarily delayed. Jobs do not need to be restarted and will catch up when service is restored.
· Email, SMS text and push notifications are disabled.
· Bulk content distribution and Course completion rule recheck are also disabled.
